Appointments: If you are planning a visit to our beautiful city by the sea, please arrange an appointment in advance so that we may accommodate you. Out of Town Brides: If you are unable to visit our studio, we will work with you via e-mail/telephone. Once we know your specific interests, we will request a fabric swatch and/or photo of the gown, as well as one of yourself. Having these elements in hand allows us to offer you more personal suggestions and color pictures of pieces not featured on the website. Payment and Delivery: Once a final decision has been made on an item(s), payment in full is required to place the order. Our preferred delivery method is Federal Express. We will quote your shipping fees dependent upon your time table. As all pieces are handmade, the average turn-around time is 6-8 weeks. Rush deliveries are always available at an additional cost. We accept personal checks, money orders, MC & Visa. Personal checks must be cleared before goods can be shipped. All sales are final.
